Mohit Kale is an Indian batsman playing for elite state Vidarbha in the top tier of Indian domestic cricket. Preferred in red ball but more than capable in white ball too, Mohit is a talented batsman with a solid defence and capable of manipulating fields with an armoury of diverse stroke play when required. A middle/top order batter in First Class cricket, Mohit is averaging 30 which includes a beautifully made high score of 138 vs Rajasthan.
Mohit already has 2 UK seasons under his belt playing for Wem CC in the ECB Birmingham & District Premier League in 2021 and Penrith CC in the ECB Northern Premier League in 2022. Over the 2 seasons, Mohit has accumulated a strong 1100 runs. Unfortunately a 2022 season heavily disrupted by covid restrictions hindered the opportunity for even more. His extremely useful off spin picked up more than 50 wickets too averaging under 20 with the ball.
Mohit is returning to the UK for the 2025 season in pursuit of more runs and wickets. A true professional on and off the field, Mohit would be a tremendous addition to any club.
